Writable kraft paper tape manufacturers introduce that The promulgation and implementation of national standards and industrial standards is a major event related to the development of the industry. Recently, China's adhesive and adhesive tape industry has implemented three new industry standards, two national standards have been abolished, and ten national standards related to adhesive and adhesive tape industry will be implemented soon. In order to enable the whole industry to master and follow up the new progress of various standards, China adhesive and adhesive tape industry association has collected and sorted out a number of recent announcements, focusing on the interpretation of the new changes in national standards and industrial standards of China's adhesive and adhesive tape industry.
1、 Ten new national standards to be implemented (sorted by implementation date)
1. GB / T 34712-2017 determination of warpage of adhesive tape
It will be implemented from May 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the test method for warping performance of adhesive tape. It is suitable for measuring the warpage of adhesive tape by winding method.
2. Determination of solubility of pressure sensitive adhesives (GB / T 34716-2017)
It will be implemented from May 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the determination method of solubility of pressure sensitive adhesives. It is suitable for the determination of solubility of pressure sensitive adhesive in aqueous solution or alkaline solution.
3. GB / T 14074-2017 testing methods of adhesives and resins for wood industry
The existing standard GB / T 14074-2006 will be replaced and implemented from July 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the inspection methods of adhesives and resins for wood industry. It is suitable for the determination of appearance, density, viscosity, pH value and solid content of melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin and melamine formaldehyde resin for wood industry adhesive.
4. GB / T 14732-2017 urea formaldehyde, phenolic and melamine formaldehyde resins for wood industry adhesives
The existing standard GB / T 14732-2006 will be replaced and implemented from July 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage of urea formaldehyde, phenolic resin and melamine formaldehyde resin for wood industry adhesive and impregnation. It is suitable for all kinds of wood adhesives and impregnation synthetic resins synthesized by polycondensation of formaldehyde, urea, phenol and melamine; it is also suitable for synthetic resins with partial substitution of melamine, phenol and urea and partial substitution of phenol with resorcinol.
5. GB / T 35489-2017 guidelines for aging conditions of adhesives
It will be implemented from July 1, 2018.
This standard gives guidelines for the selection of various aging states of adhesives under standard laboratory conditions. It is suitable for evaluating the influence of various aging environments (climate or Chemistry) on adhesive bonded parts, but the results obtained by using this standard can not be used to determine the service life of adhesive parts.
6. GB / T 35494.1-2017 test methods for isotropic conductive adhesives Part 1: General methods
It will be implemented from July 1, 2018.
This part specifies the general test methods for isotropic conductive adhesives. It is suitable for testing the basic properties of isotropic conductive adhesive.
7. GB / T 35495-2017 test method for cohesive morphology change of elastic sealant after exposure to dynamic artificial climate aging
It will be implemented from July 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the test methods for cohesive deformation and appearance change of elastic sealant after exposure to artificial climate environment and periodic deformation. It is suitable for the grading of appearance, cohesive crack number, width and depth of elastic sealant after dynamic aging. It can provide reference for evaluating the dynamic aging performance of sealant.
8. GB / T 14683-2017 silicone and modified silicone building sealants
The existing standard GB / T 14683-2003 will be replaced and implemented from August 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of silicone and modified silicone building sealant products. It is suitable for general decoration and non structural assembly of building curtain wall and modified silicone building sealant for construction joints and dry shrinkage displacement joints.
9. GB / T 34557-2017 latex and redispersible latex powder for mortar and concrete
It will be implemented from September 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the classification, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, delivery, packaging, transportation and storage of latex powder and redispersible latex powder for mortar and concrete.
10. GB / t36060-2018 process control requirements and inspection methods of water based adhesives for hardcover books
It will be implemented from October 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, raw material requirements, production environment requirements, finished product quality requirements and inspection methods, storage and transportation of finished products. It is suitable for the process control of using water-based adhesive in the process of hardcover books, such as gluing the book block, sweeping the lining, brushing the bottom glue on the back of the book, wrapping the book case, and the quality requirements of the finished products.
2、 Three new industry standards implemented recently
1. Hg / T 5247-2017 one component heat cured epoxy structural adhesive
It will be implemented from April 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage of one component heat cured epoxy structural adhesive. It is a one component heat curing epoxy structural adhesive for automobile body, high-speed railway, subway, structure which is difficult to weld and bolt in manufacturing.
2. Hg / T 5248-2017 epoxy structural adhesive for wind turbine blade
It will be implemented from April 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of epoxy structural adhesive for wind turbine blades. It is suitable for epoxy structural adhesive for wind turbine blades.
